Domestic Shipping

Products can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States as well as overseas APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. 

All United States orders are shipped via USPS or UPS.

Estimated time of order fulfillment is 1-2 business days.

Estimated time of delivery from when the order is placed is 2-5 business days (shipping and fulfillment times may be extended during busier times such as sales, holidays, and unforeseen events such as natural disasters).

Tracking information will be sent to the email address that was input during checkout once your order is shipped.

If your "ship to address" cannot receive a certain postal carrier, please reach out to our support team at shopAR.670.1@gmail.com for assistance. 

We are happy to offer free shipping to the continental US for order totals over $50.

The free shipping qualification does not include sales tax and is after any discounts have been applied. 

International Shipping

Our products can also be shipped internationally.

*International orders may be subject to additional customs fees. Shipping costs charged at checkout includes customs, duties, and taxes, however if additional fees are charged, they will be the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Confirmation Emails

We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout at the time the order is shipped.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number that is sent via email may not update until the postal carrier initially scans it in. Please give the tracking number 24 hours to update.

Are you a drop shipper?

NO, every item on our website we have in stock. Therefore, the only waiting you do is for shipping.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Camp Pendleton, CA.

Can I change or cancel my order?

As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.

What if I don't receive my order?

If you don't receive your order within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or with debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
